  • deliver specialist debt and money advice including statutory remedies. Those CABS who are still working towards delivering statutory debt remedies, will have established referral pathways to ensure this service is available to clients within their local area.
  • provide income maximisation and outgoings reduction advice, providing support to re-negotiate expenditure through bespoke advice on available adjustments, for council tax, utilities and debt repayments
  • deliver advice by a choice of channels including telephone, face to face in CAB, or face to face in outreaches and if appropriate video conferencing
